Insurance and shipping are included in the price of each painting.

I take orders on paintings similar to what is displayed. Train paintings are dependent on        
the availability of accurate blueprints.

Each painting is a one of a kind creation. Slight imperfections in the wood and the visibility of the wood grain through the paint is normal. Similar paintings can be created.

Each sale is final, with the exception of repairs for damages that the shipping process
created. Repairs will be done for a fee. I do not offer a warranty on my paintings.

I do not recommend putting these paintings above a fireplace or exposing them to moisture as they are wood and they will expand and contract.  I will not accept liability for paintings damaged during shipping or the unwise  placement of them which would result in damage to the painting.
